Project Management refers to everything you do to set up your project for success. It’s the process you go through to establish the steps required to define your project objectives, clarify the scope of what needs to be done and develop the task list to do it.
This course will provide you with the knowledge on risk management, project management and task control. All of these are a powerful combination in maintaining management over projects from the beginning to the end and it is significant to be known by every manager. The student will be taught on how to breakdown the structure of work in order to be organized but also understand the risks of each part.
In addition, introduction on the Microsoft Project tool will be covered which is a vital tool for the project manager to keep track of the project throughout every task.
The course consists of one multiple choice quiz carrying a weight of 100% towards the final course grade. In order to successfully complete the course and obtain your certificate you need to achieve an overall grade of 50% or above at the quiz.
