There are three multiple choice quizzes in this course each carrying an equal weight towards the final course grade. In order to successfully complete the course and obtain your certificate you need to achieve an overall grade of 50% or above at the quizzes.

This section covers the topic of Training and Development.

WEEK 5: Managing Employee Performance

This section covers the topic of Employee Performance Management.

WEEK 6: Compensation and Strategy

This section covers the topic of compensation and how employee compensation practices strategically align with overall HR strategy.

WEEK 7: Employee Relations Strategy

This section presents and discusses Unionism, employee and employment relationships in relation to the HRM strategy.

WEEK 8: Final Review

This section is dedicated for your revision that will help you study and prepare for your last quiz of this course.
