HTML is considered a fundamental language, opening the path for individuals towards web development success. It is also a known powerful tool and skill that recruiters today highly demand. In other words, HTML is the foundation for every developer that wishes to learn other web and app development programming languages. HTML stands for Hypertext Markup Language and it is a markup language for creating web pages and web applications. It describes the structure of a web page semantically and it originally included cues for the appearance of the document. HTML markup consists of several key components, including those called tags and their attributes which are going to be explored in the course.
There are three multiple choice quizzes in this course each carrying an equal weight towards the final course grade. In order to successfully complete the course and obtain your certificate you need to achieve an overall grade of 50% or above at the quizzes.
What will I learn?

This week covers how to create html blocks and inline elements, html class, iframes, javascript, marquee background sound, and html objects .
WEEK 6: HTML Forms
This week covers how to create html forms, sections, article, header, footer, layout, video, audio, figure and figcaption.
WEEK 7: Final Review
This section is dedicated for your revision that will help you study and prepare for your last quiz of this course.
WEEK 8: Course Evaluation and assessment
This section is dedicated to your Course Evaluation. It contains the three quizzes you need to take in order to pass the course and obtain your certificate.
